Lowe's Build and Grow

Hubby has signed my oldest up for his 4th FREE Grow and Build workshop at Lowe's on Saturday Sept 12th. It is from 10-11 and you have to register online at https://www.lowesbuildandgrow.com/
So far, they have made a school bus, treasure chest and helicopter. If it is your first time going they give the child an apron and safety goggles. They get a patch every time they come to sew on their apron.


While on the site you can also sign up for the clinic on Sept 26th to make a Firetruck!

I got some free stuff at Bath and Body Works last week that I wanted to tell you about. I purchased the blankets for $9.75 a piece and the Shea butter infused sock for $3.75 and got a Free pumpkin patch candle and Free limeade lip gloss.

Total= $24.61

(They did make me use my two coupons in two transactions)

Tom Thumb cereal deal 8/31

Today at Tom thumb I got 5 boxes of cereal for $4.42. You get an instant saving with your Tom Thumb card of $5 off of the 5 boxes of cereal. I got Kashi sunshine cereal and Post Honey Bunches of Oats. I had 3 Kashi $1.50 coupons from Vocal point (sign up if you want free samples and coupons) and a $1 off of two Post cereal coupons.

It doesn't matter that we now have 16 boxes of cereal in our house. We like cereal!

New Blog

I am so excited to start this new blog where I will be keeping up with deals, discounts, activities and free events around the North Dallas area. I have been finding great deals lately with manufacturers coupons and store coupons that I print off of the Internet. Coupons.com is a great site to get started with printing coupons. Set your printer to draft to save on ink, choose whichever coupons you like and print away. Also combining the manufacturer coupon with the store coupon makes for some sweet deals.

The reason why I want start this blog is so that I can share with you all of the great deals I have found so you will be able to enjoy the benefits of our area. We have so many varieties of stores within a small driving distance it makes for easy shopping and deal finding.
