Great Deals at Target until Sat. 9-5-09

I have always loved Target but felt like their prices were high...until recently.

I purchased:

3- Glade scented oil candles $1.66 (used a $1.50 Q inside each tin)= $0.16 each

3-Glade scented oil candle refill packs (used 3 purchase a tin and get refills free Q)=FREE

3 boxes of Special K cereal bars $2.39 (used 3 $0.75 Q and 3 $0.50 Target Q*)= $1.14 each

1 box of Special K Crackers $ 2.39 ($1.00 Q and the $0.50 Target Q would not work)= $1.39

But, since I purchased the 4 boxes of special K, it prompted a $5.00 gift card for next purchase.

So each box would actually be FREE (if you count the gift card)

Gold N' Plump chicken breast on sale for $3.10 ($1.00 Q and $1.00 Target Q)= $1.10

4 Sobe Waters $1.00 each (BOGO Q)= $0.50 each

2 Campbell's Select Soups $0.94 each ($0.50/2 Q)= $0.69 each

2 Progresso with extra Fiber soups $2.00 each ($1.00/2 Q)= $1.50 each

2 Apple cinnamon Sense & Spray $5.69 each ( used 2 $4.00 Q)= $1.69 each

*Technically, Target doesn't have to take 3 Target coupons for the same thing on one transaction but I found a nice cashier that pushed everything but one coupon through.

Paid= 16.61 OOP, got the FREE $5.00 gift card.

Then I purchased more Baseball card holders for my coupon notebook in a separate transaction.
Saved $68.63
